Responsibilities:

Independent and timely preparation of monthly payroll
Communication with internal and external partners, authorities, social security institutions, etc.
Updating and maintaining employee master data and leave management in the SAP human resources system
Management and maintenance of personnel files as well as monitoring of deadlines
Support in evaluating wage tax and social security issues
Preparation of evaluations and special tasks in the department

Requirements:

Successfully completed business studies or a comparable commercial education with experience in payroll
User knowledge of SAP HR and MS Office, especially Excel
Your personality is characterized by strong social skills, exemplary commitment and initiative
