To support our sales team, we are looking for a:

Territory Sales Manager (m/f/d) for the North Rhine-Westphalia region

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Contributing to and achieving sales goals with the help of an innovative product range and the unique services of a market leader
Actively acquiring new customers, preparing offers, negotiating contracts, and managing construction projects
Expanding existing business and developing new customers with private label products from the paint wholesale industry and industrial customers in collaboration with the sales manager
Planning, conducting, and following up on customer visits
Advising and supporting planners and architects
Independently and solutionorientedly managing and advising existing customers in your sales area
Planning, organizing, and executing trade shows/house fairs, if necessary supporting colleagues
Analyzing the results of sales measures and deriving further steps in collaboration with the sales manager

YOUR PROFILE

You have a technical or commercial education and background preferably in the construction industry or paint wholesale, ideally in sales
You understand the decisionmaking processes in the construction industry
It's great if you are a goaloriented, confident person. Enjoying contact with customers is a prerequisite
Communication and sales are your passion. Reliability and negotiation skills are just as much your strengths as aboveaverage commitment
Your confident appearance and persistence make you successful
Willingness
