    Description

    Job Title: Client Services Manager at Cedars-Sinai

    The Client Services Manager is the main point of contact between PB Rev Cycle and clients, responsible for facilitating communications and services to maximize efficiencies in the Revenue Cycle process.



    Responsibilities:
    • Managing client relationships and onboarding new providers for the revenue cycle process.
    • Coordinating daily activities and acting as the primary contact for client-related revenue cycle issues.
    • Collaborating with coding/compliance departments and operational management for successful charge entry and accounts receivable resolution.
    • Providing accounting and performance reporting to clients and participating in special projects.
    • Attending management meetings, preparing activity summaries, and maintaining regular communications.


    Educational Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree preferred

    Experience:
    5 years of revenue cycle management experience with strong presentation and writing skills. Proficiency in analysis and MS Office suite. Epic Resolute experience preferred.


    Physical Demands:


    Computer work, typing, sitting, and standing
