YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You have a sense for how important a good relationship with customers is. In the apprenticeship, we will show you how to optimize the connection with existing private customers and acquire new ones.
  • As a future salesperson, you will convey to the agency's existing customers how important they are to them. You will support customers, for example, with questions about existing property or retirement products.
  • You have strong communication skills and will learn various techniques to make customer conversations interesting and capture their attention.
  • You are well-versed in social media. You use WhatsApp and Instagram skillfully to communicate with customers, even though appointments usually take place in person.
  • You will work closely with Allianz specialists during your apprenticeship, who will support you with advice and assistance in their respective areas of expertise. Your supervisor will support you in all questions related to your work.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • You have a good school leaving certificate (secondary school diploma, general or specialized university entrance qualification).
  • You are sociable and communicative, and you present yourself politely, confidently, and self-assured.
