As a Real Estate Controller (m/f/d), you will work closely with the Head of Finance and oversee the commercial side of the real estate portfolio.


Your tasks:


  • Real estate project controlling for construction projects
  • Preparation of annual budgets, business plans, and ongoing reporting
  • Creation of adhoc evaluations and profitability calculations
  • Continuous coordination with asset management/project management
  • Support in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB or IFRS
  • Active participation in project work related to the optimization of reporting processes with SAP4Hana (can be trained) and Tagetik
  • Contact person for service providers such as auditors and tax consultants
  • Further development of internal controlling and reporting structures

Your background:


  • Completed degree in business administration with a focus on controlling, accounting, or real estate management
