Position Description:


  • Based in the city of Williston, TN, you will have a comprehensive overview and our customers at the center of your focus.
  • Your extensive knowledge in transportation makes you the goto person for our air freight shipments.
  • You will handle international air freight transports from A to Z, coordinating with customers, carriers, airlines, and customs.
  • Independent market development is second nature to you.
  • You will prepare daily price inquiries for our customers and agents.
  • You will provide telephone support to new customers and maintain relationships with existing ones.
  • You will collaborate with sales, operations departments, and coordinate with other branches.
  • You will be the competent point of contact for our customers and maintain regular communication with our global partners.

Qualifications:


  • You take responsibility and provide our customers with topnotch service.
  • Your organizational skills allow you to navigate the international business landscape with ease.
  • You are a strong communicator, interested in other countries/cultures, and excel at networking.
  • You value both independent work and creative collaboration within a team.
  • You have completed a degree in freight forwarding/logistics, can communicate in English, and are comfortable using various information and communication tools, or are willing to learn.
