Your responsibilities

You support our IMS (Integrated Management System) department with all daily tasks
Creating and maintaining documents (such as work instructions and notices) as well as conducting warehouse inspections are part of your daily routine
Responsible for the new warehouse management system (currently under construction)
Creating PowerPoint presentations and other presentation materials
Supporting colleagues (human resources, purchasing at the Mannheim location, office organization, timekeeping for temporary staff, chip management, etc.)
