    Description:
    As a Project Engineer, you will play a crucial role in organizing and monitoring project activities to ensure successful construction management.

    • Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Attend weekly meetings and transcribe detailed minutes
    • Inspect construction site daily and coordinate with subcontractors
    • Review designs and drawings for materials and qualifications
    • Research and resolve drawing interpretation problems, initiate RFIs if needed
    • Understand change order processes
    • Coordinate document processes between stakeholders
    • Prepare field design change requisitions and documentation records
    • Conduct value engineering functions
    • Attend meetings to coordinate efforts
    • Observe construction work in the field
    • Perform quantity takeoffs
    • Establish and complete project logs
    • Analyze and resolve construction process problems
    • Follow instructions and guidelines
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
    • Handle varied workload with ability to quickly learn new skills
    • Represent the company with professionalism

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management
    • Minimum one year of relevant experience
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Excel
    • Knowledge of Procore or similar construction software
    • Knowledge of blueprint reading and scheduling software
    • Experience with Primavera P6 is a plus

    Expected salary range: $90,000 - $115,000 annually
