Your Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate qualified leads for the sales team through outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification
  • Utilize tools such as LinkedIn, email, and cold calling to intensify contact with potential customers and expand the client base
  • Create new outbound campaigns while following established processes
  • Conduct indepth research on large corporate clients to understand their challenges and present our products as effective solutions
  • Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly targets, including scheduled appointments, qualified leads, and new contacts
  • Develop a deep understanding of the operations of various companies in different industries, including their leadership structures, challenges, and daily processes
  • Identify potential challenges for clients, capture technical requirements, and closely align business benefits with customer needs
  • Work closely with account executives to efficiently organize and manage the sales pipeline
  • Occasional business trips within Germany may be required
  • Implement structured training for the SDR team, including product training, pitching, sales skills, and negotiation techniques as needed
  • You can expect an attractive fixed salary, supplemented by an attractive commission to reward your performance.

Your Qualifications

  • No previous experience required career changers are welcome
  • Strong communication skills and persuasive abilities
  • Selfmotivated and able to work independently
  • Interest in telecommunications products and services
  • Sales experience is an advantage, but not mandatory
  • Reliability and strong teamwork skills
