As an apprentice at SPREITZER - Spanntechnik, Messtechnik, Sondervorrichtungsbau - you can expect to join an innovative, growth-oriented company with international partners.

From day one, you will have hands-on experience in the field.

Your training will follow the official apprenticeship program and you will rotate through different departments according to a set plan.


In your final year of training, we place a strong emphasis on preparing you for your exams, including external training opportunities.

As we believe in nurturing our own talent, all of our apprentices have been offered permanent positions after completing their training for over 30 years.

The tasks of our aspiring industrial mechanics include independent turning, milling, and grinding on conventional and CNC-controlled machines.

Our goal is for you to be able to produce, set up, and modify device parts and assemblies for machines and production systems.


Other elements of your training will include monitoring and optimizing production processes, as well as taking on repair and maintenance tasks for turning, milling, and grinding machines.


Requirements:

  • Good secondary school diploma (with good grades) or intermediate school leaving certificate
  • Tasks:
  • CNC milling in our milling department
  • CNC turning in our turning department
  • Grinding in our finishing department
  • Assembly of assemblies, clamping devices, and fixtures
  • Training duration: 3.5 years
