Job Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated student to join our Sales Operations Team at our Munich headquarters. This department is highly international, with 15 team members from 11 different nationalities.

As part of the team, you will gain exposure to various territories and learn how to utilize SAP and Salesforce to support sales and administrative processes.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with administrative tasks and projects
  • Maintaining our Salesforce database
  • Processing and updating orders using SAP
  • Following up on internal reports

Qualifications:


Our ideal candidate:

  • Is currently enrolled in a degree program
  • Is fluent in French and/or Dutch
  • Is available for at least 6 months
  • Possesses strong organizational, administrative, and prioritization skills
  • Is able to multitask and pays attention to detail
  • Has a serviceoriented mindset
  • This position requires working at our Munich headquarters at least twice a week.
