Responsibilities:

Consultation and sale of medications
Consultation and sale of nursing aids
Compounding of medications
Checking medications and documenting processes
Communication with nursing services and support with medication and prescription management
Telephone communication with doctors and customers
Accepting orders and customer requests, processing orders, ensuring proper order fulfillment

Qualifications:

Successfully completed training as a PTA (m/f/d) with good technical knowledge
Enjoy providing competent advice to our customers
Excellent communication skills combined with a friendly, positive, and professional demeanor
Independent, structured, and solutionoriented work style
High level of accuracy and reliability
Commitment and openness to modern processes and structures
Willingness to cooperate and enjoy working in a team
