Claims Handler (m/f/d) Insurance

in full-time for a renowned company based in Düsseldorf, starting as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities

You handle claims and related customer inquiries in the areas of property and motor insurance across teams
You take care of qualified damage assessment and initial telephone support for vehicle users
You are responsible for coordinating the repair process between customers, partner companies, leasing companies, experts, insurance companies, workshops, and service providers
You are in charge of customer care and independent processing of written correspondence
