Trainee HR Controlling (m/f/d)
Your tasks

  • You take over HR controlling in our company and create HRrelated evaluations, statistics, and regular reports with SAP and Excel
  • You analyze HRrelated key figures and, together with the HR team, you analyze them and define any necessary measures
  • You further develop our reporting
  • You support us in administrative HR topics in daytoday business (e.g. contract and reference letter creation)
  • You work closely with all relevant interfaces in our company
  • You actively participate in futureoriented HR projects (e.g. recruiting, personnel development
