Who we are looking for

We are currently looking for an employee (m/f/d) for accounting for our client, a renowned real estate company in Berlin-Mitte.

Your tasks
  • Processing and scanning of invoices
  • Recording, checking, and processing of master data
  • Follow-up on unclear matters, e.g. with suppliers
  • Continuous communication with tenants regarding questions and objections
  • Filing and archiving of documents
  • Assuming other administrative tasks as needed
Your profile
  • Completed commercial education with initial work experience in a similar position
  • OR career change through several years of practice in a similar field
  • Negotiation skills in German, both written and spoken
