Responsibilities:
We are seeking support for our back office in the areas of sales, customer service, and processing. Our core business is air and sea transport to Africa.

Areas of responsibility:

Preparation of offers and followup with customers
Customer communication in German and English
Customer consultation and communication with airlines/shipping companies
Possibly creating air waybills (AWB)
Possibly creating invoices

Qualifications:

Education:
Commercial training in freight forwarding and logistics services or similar.

Skills:
The applicant does not need professional experience.

Knowledge:

German: Negotiation level
English: Negotiation level
Personal strengths: Holistic thinking, customer orientation, organizational skills, attention to detail, teamwork
