WEITREICH is a young family-owned company in the field of child and youth welfare. Founded in 2020, we now support over 120 children and adolescents with disabilities in schools, daycares, and residential groups in Hesse and Rhineland-Palatinate. Responsibilities

Accompanying a young person with disabilities in their school day
Providing support in academic and practical learning and social behavior
Creating opportunities for development, equal opportunities, and inclusion
Assisting in building relationships with other children and social integration
Integration/teamwork with the respective system (school/daycare/residential group)

Requirements

High level of empathy and communication skills, problemsolving mentality
Enjoyment of working with children or adolescents with disabilities
Sense of responsibility, trustworthiness, and reliability
Understanding of the role as an "advocate", assistant, and caregiver for the entrusted child
Suitability for the social/educational/pedagogical field
