SUMMARY

As an Associate Business Analyst at Andersen Windows, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Salesforce team. You'll work closely with business stakeholders, gather requirements, and analyze data to drive process improvements and efficiency within the Salesforce environment.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Requirement Elicitation and Documentation:

Collaborate with business users to understand their needs and challenges related to Salesforce processes.
Document detailed requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with business goals.

Data Analysis and Solutions:

Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
Propose data-driven solutions to enhance Salesforce functionality and user experience.

Salesforce Administration:

Participate in operational support, maintenance, and basic administration of the environment.

Market Intelligence:

Stay informed about market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities related to Salesforce.
Provide strategic insights to support business decision-making.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
