Seeking a Business Analyst to work as an integral member of a lean and highly impactful group that is part of a large international financial institution. This front-office team is responsible for driving technology transformation in support of business growth strategy, and the BA with the right skills and drive will have an opportunity to play a critical role.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive delivery of key initiatives through disciplined and effective business analysis, data analysis, testing, and change management; projects that may include CM, strategic data repository, data controls model, and business intelligence tools.
Requirements analysis responsibilities include requirements gathering and documentation, process analysis and documentation (process flow diagrams), development of user stories and business requirements documents (BRDs), mock-ups of screens.
Perform analysis of business requirements and data elements in support of regular and ad hoc management reporting.
Conduct Business Process Mapping.
Work with the front office to define and document business requirements.
Data analysis responsibilities include business / financial analysis, reconciliations, and monitoring as well as the establishment of data processes and controls that promote data integrity.
