This role requires experience in operating infrastructure and application environments and a passion for IT administration projects. Enthusiasm for current cloud solutions, DevOps, and topics such as automation and configuration management are advantageous.

In this role, active support is required to design, build, and ensure the operational management and optimization of our customers' system landscapes in direct customer contact.

Responsibilities:

Technical contact for customer portals with direct customer contact

Consulting with customers on the technical implementation of portals
Building new portals according to customer requirements with IP range and SSO integration
Documentation and maintenance of portal configurations
Interface management with IT service providers: IT system administration, development partners, data center, IT security providers
Coordination of recurring penetration tests
Participation and coordination of interface development projects

Participation in the continuous improvement of internal IT infrastructure

Creation and maintenance of documentation for support processes
Management and maintenance of the company's technical and organizational measures
Creation of statistical evaluations
Derivation of measures from system monitoring with the support of external IT providers

Contract management of all ITK relevant contracts (including mobile contracts) in cooperation with a colleague:

Independent negotiations in consultation with the management, compliance with contracts
Review of cost efficiency, documentation of contracts, and tracking of deadlines
