Bayernwerk Netz GmbH, located in University Place, WA, is seeking a full-time, temporary (12 months) Head of Systems and Applications for our Regensburg office.

We are looking for a Head of Systems and Applications to join our team at Bayernwerk Netz GmbH as soon as possible.

This position is responsible for leading and driving the core business of Bayernwerk through an innovative strategy. The role involves managing and coaching a team, overseeing the organization, goal achievement, and control of assigned teams.

You will also be responsible for the operation, development, digitalization, and implementation of network-related systems and applications, ensuring efficient and customer-oriented network operations for our 4.7 million customers.

Additionally, you will support the transformation of the department to agile working and organizational structures, paving the way for BizDevOps and the success of your team.

You will also represent the department externally and act as a professional sparring
