Our client is an internationally active specialist in air and sea freight with many years of experience and a global network.

With eight branches in Germany and partners all over the world, this company supports its customers in all areas of logistics.


We are currently looking for a freight forwarder (m/f/d) or similar for our client to expand their team in the area of sea freight FCL / LCL.


Responsibilities:

  • Processing of sea freight orders from A-Z
  • Conducting price negotiations
  • Arranging customs clearance
  • Ensuring proper handling of damage cases
  • Creating, monitoring and sending invoices and documents
  • Communication and contact with shipping companies, customers and customs

Qualifications:

  • Successfully completed training as a freight forwarder or a similar education with relevant work experience
  • Professional experience in sea freight import or export is an advantage
  • Knowledge of customs clearance is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly
  • Willingness to work and collaborate in a team
  • Good communication skills
