For our rapidly growing business unit in Germany, we are currently looking for a


Trainee Operations Management (m/f/d)
You will report directly to the Head of Operations Germany and will be supported by our management team.


Your responsibilities

  • You will undergo a 12month comprehensive training in the operational unit of Petit Forestier in Germany.
  • You will learn the operational work from the ground up and will be handson from the beginning: in vehicle rental, in the workshop, and in fleet management.
  • You will get to know all areas relevant to your daily work, including sales, personnel, and technology.
  • You will work across departments with colleagues in Germany and abroad.
  • You will take on smaller projects and support national initiatives.

Your profile

  • A university degree or initial work experience
  • Interest in operational challenges
  • Business acumen
  • Local flexibility and willingness to travel
  • Willingness to learn and to be handson
  • Fluent in German and good written and spoken English, knowledge of French is a plus
  • Driver's license class B
