In our program for high school graduates, you will complete an apprenticeship as a retail merchant, a further education as a sales specialist, and a qualification as a trainer*
Your goal: to lead your own team as a store manager after three years
First, you will learn everything about fabrics, styles, and colors to create a successful shopping experience for our customers as a fashion consultant*
Your creativity is needed for visual merchandising, as you showcase our latest styles in the best way possible
You will keep an eye on the business development of your store and derive appropriate measures for its success
Step by step, you will take on more responsibility for leading and developing your employees*
You will never be alone - your trainer will coach and accompany you on your path to becoming a leader
