Rocky Ridge is looking for a Controller Operations with a focus on Supply-Chain (m|w|d) to join our team in Kehl, located in the heart of Ortenau between Karlsruhe, Offenburg, Strasbourg, and Freiburg. We are a global company with over 600 employees, producing high-quality cosmetic products for the international 3- to 5-star hotel industry. Our portfolio includes exclusive luxury brands, trendy lifestyle concepts, wellness-oriented care lines, and certified natural cosmetics. We are constantly coming up with new ideas and trends, and our team is responsible for developing creative concepts and implementing them beyond just the hotel bathroom. This is a full-time, permanent position with flexible working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee supply-chain operations and ensure efficient and timely delivery of products
- Monitor and analyze supply-chain performance and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for cost reduction and process optimization
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate forecasting and planning
- Communicate with suppliers and negotiate contracts and pricing
- Provide regular reports and analysis to management
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
