Our client, an international and medium-sized management consulting firm, is looking for a Benefits HR Specialist (m/f/x) for their location in Cologne, Germany. This position is a direct hire with our client. We will support you in the placement process and offer all of our services free of charge.

What to expect:

As part of international projects in the field of benefits, you will develop and implement innovative benefits that not only contribute to the health and mobility of employees, but also strengthen their loyalty and satisfaction

Your tasks include, among others, the conception, introduction, management, and maintenance of global and international benefits programs (e.g. company car, sports and wellness offers, etc.)

You will work with service providers (e.g. fitness studios) and negotiate conditions that ensure that the employee offers provide added value for all parties. This includes, among others, health insurance, pension plans, company cars, and other benefits

Collect and use data to evaluate the effectiveness of the overall compensation program, identify trends, and make recommendations for continuous improvements

Stay up-to-date on labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements related to compensation and benefits

Ensure that the compensation program complies with legal requirements and stays up-to-date with any legal changes
