How does your training look like at Brocket?

  • During a four-week training phase, you will get an overview of your training market. In the following 2 years, you will go through various departments before specializing in your 3rd year: for example, in the areas of Back & Bistro, Fruits & Vegetables, Cheese & Dairy Products, or Meat & Sausages.
  • During this time, you will advise and sell in your BIO COMPANY market, support with product placement and control, as well as various tasks on site.
  • The training for retail salesperson (m/f/d) usually lasts 3 years. However, with a high school diploma or technical college entrance qualification, you can also shorten your training time to 2 years.
  • The training for salesperson (m/f/d) lasts two years.
