Abrams is currently seeking a full-time Deputy Branch Manager (m/f/d) for our new gourmet meeting point in Bad Neustadt/Saale (Industriestraße) at the earliest possible date

Your responsibilities will include:

planning staff deployment and ordering goods, achieving sales and profit goals for the branch, leading employees, and working in the branch on a daily basis.

We are looking for someone who can act independently and inspire us.

The ideal candidate will have a completed vocational training, preferably in the bakery sector, be reliable, and enjoy providing excellent customer service.

Previous leadership experience in the bakery industry, gastronomy, or food wholesale is a plus.
