The job responsibilities include providing care and support to mothers/fathers and/or parents with children in six apartments within a residential setting in Akron, PA.

The goal is to assist families in acute crises and emergencies, approach them with empathy, and support them in their unique situation.

In addition, families will be admitted under pedagogical considerations and problem situations in order to help them find common paths as a family.

This involves exploring resources and opportunities for change to ensure the well-being and development of their child(ren).

The position is for 25 hours per week, including day and shift work.

We are looking for professionals who are open to a systemic understanding.
