Your responsibilities:

You provide new life and career perspectives for people who have difficulty finding employment.
You build a trusting relationship with participants, providing longterm and individual support through weekly counseling sessions, individual and group coaching.
These conversations take place either onsite (e.g. home visits, walk & talk, or accompanying appointments) or at the gsm location.
To facilitate participants' path to employment, you work with gsm to establish a regional network with companies (e.g. for internships) and social institutions (e.g. debt counseling).
You maintain contact with our contacts at the job center and document the progress of your participants.
