Your tasks:


  • Initiate and monitor material orders and delivery calls, including invoice verification
  • Create and maintain suppliers and purchased parts in the ERP system
  • Develop logistics concepts in supply chains
  • Obtain and compare quotes
  • Negotiate and conclude contracts
  • Conduct supplier evaluations and audits
  • Assist with complaints
  • Correspondence in German and English

Your profile:


You have completed a commercial education, a comparable qualification, and have some experience in the purchasing field or a degree in business administration.

With the skills acquired during your education and your professional experience, you are able to organize your tasks using an ERP software.

You are proficient in both written and spoken English and can apply your knowledge in daily use. You are responsible and able to work independently. You have a solid understanding of Microsoft Office products and have experience creating tables, documents, and presentations. You are used to working in a team and take responsibility for the tasks assigned to you. Junior salespeople with completed vocational training also have a chance.
