Currently, we are looking for an object manager in cleaning (m/f/d) for our client in Leipzig as part of our free direct placement (no temporary work).

YOUR TASKS:

  • Planning, managing and controlling the cleaning staff, as well as training new employees
  • Monitoring the cleaning processes and conducting quality controls
  • Implementation of quality standards
  • Responsibility for material supply, personnel selection, contract management, and vacation planning
  • Direct contact with customers

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Experience as an object manager (m/f/d) and in managing employees
  • High customer and service orientation
  • Organizational talent
  • Confident and wellgroomed appearance
  • Driver's license
