Responsibilities:

You will monitor construction execution in terms of costs, deadlines, and quality
You will coordinate onsite companies and technical participants
You will act as the interface between technical trades and building trades
You will handle scheduling, control, and monitoring of deadlines, as well as quality control and assurance
You will be responsible for cost and change management
You will be in charge of conducting VOBcompliant processing and billing

Qualifications:

Completed degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a comparable qualification
Relevant professional experience in site supervision
Good knowledge of MS Office and MS Project, confident handling of VOB, BGB, HOAI, and technical regulations
