Your responsibilities:

Clientcentered support, care, and education of our clients
Collaborative design, implementation, and adherence to the help plan measures
Organization and implementation of offsite appointments (doctor visits, visits to authorities, etc.)
Pedagogical group work
Develop and offer your own ideas and activities for our residents
Serve as a practical role model in daily life

Your profile:

Enjoyment and dedication to the job
Experience in child and youth welfare is an advantage
Completed vocational training as an educator, special education teacher, or a degree in social pedagogy, social work, or educational science
Open and reliable working relationship with colleagues and superiors, where constructive criticism is welcome
Commitment to internal projects and working groups
Willingness to work on weekdays, weekends, and holidays
First aid training for children
Driver's license (Class B
