Logistics Employee (m/f/d) for Returns Processing


As a logistics employee (m/f/d) in the area of returns processing, you will be responsible for processing returned goods, checking them for quantity and quality, and documenting them in the ERP system.

If necessary, you will also contact the corresponding customers to clarify further steps. If you want to be part of a large team, then you've come to the right place.


Your responsibilities:


  • You process customer returns, which includes:
  • Receiving the returned goods
  • Checking for approval and condition
  • Documenting the return in the ERP system
  • Processing available stock in the ERP system
  • Checking the returned items for resellability

What you need:


  • Ideally, you have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship
  • Have you already gained some work experience in a logistics company? Perfect
  • You consider reliability, diligence, and perseverance to be your personal
