We are looking for a full-time and part-time employee (m/f/d) for our troubleshooting hotline in Sewickley Hills, PA.Our client is the market leader with over 30 million customers and offers a wide range of services in the areas of landline, mobile, and DSL.
You will be responsible for assisting both end consumers and business customers, representing the company with your friendly demeanor.Your responsibilities:
- Receiving and following up on reports of malfunctions
- Scheduling technician appointments and, if necessary, forwarding to the relevant department
- Entering and updating customer data
