Design Hotels is seeking a RFP Programs Coordinator (M/F/d) to join our team in Hollis Crossroads, AL. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the RFP process towards set goals and revenue targets. You will work closely with the Manager RFP Programs to coordinate the global RFP process and workflow.

Other responsibilities include supporting with various RFP tasks, managing data in relevant platforms, and working towards KPIs by conducting market research and creating reports and presentations.

We are looking for someone with excellent English communication skills, strong analytical and administrative abilities, and a creative and detail-oriented mindset.

The ideal candidate should also have problem-solving and multitasking skills, as well as the ability to work independently and in a team.

Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and experience with Keynote are beneficial.
