Assistant in Commercial Intellectual Property / Patent Law - Patent Paralegal (m/f/d):
at the location Hasbergen-Gaste near Osnabrück

- You are responsible for creating and maintaining files, as well as setting and monitoring deadlines and time limits
- You submit patent applications
- You handle formal processing before and after an application
- You monitor annual fees and handle fee payments
- You correspond with lawyers and offices
- You manage payment transactions
- Archiving of prior art is part of your daily tasks
- You also monitor license agreements and handle internal communication related to them
YOU BRING WITH YOU:
- You have completed training as a patent paralegal (m/f/d), legal assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent
- Several years of professional experience in a law firm or industrial patent department would be desirable for this position
- You have knowledge of IP management systems, office programs and office interfaces
- We require very good German and English skills, both written and spoken, for this
