Assistant in Commercial Intellectual Property / Patent Law - Patent Paralegal (m/f/d):
at the location Hasbergen-Gaste near Osnabrück

WE NEED YOU FOR THIS:

You are responsible for creating and maintaining files, as well as setting and monitoring deadlines and time limits
You submit patent applications
You handle formal processing before and after an application
You monitor annual fees and handle fee payments
You correspond with lawyers and offices
You manage payment transactions
Archiving of prior art is part of your daily tasks
You also monitor license agreements and handle internal communication related to them

YOU BRING WITH YOU:

You have completed training as a patent paralegal (m/f/d), legal assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent
Several years of professional experience in a law firm or industrial patent department would be desirable for this position
You have knowledge of IP management systems, office programs and office interfaces
We require very good German and English skills, both written and spoken, for this
