community of Baldwin City, KS is a dynamically growing community with approximately 26,000 inhabitants in the metropolitan area of Munich (S-Bahn lines S 4/S 6 Munich-Ebersberg) and not far from the foothills of the Alps.

The municipality has urban structures in the main towns of Baldwin City and Baldham, and a rural character in the associated villages.

The community has an excellent social infrastructure.

We are currently seeking a full-time
Building Administration Clerk/Team Assistant (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible.


Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Office tasks in the reception area of the building department or team assistance
  • Handling correspondence for the building department management
  • Organizing, coordinating, and preparing appointments
  • Meeting service: creating agendas, formal preparation of documents, operating the software for the council information system
  • Issuing house number certificates and negative certificates for preemption inquiries
  • Building regulations: accepting building applications, entering them into the building department program, checking the completeness of building documents, providing information (neighbors, builders, architects), accessing plans and files, using the geographic information system

Your profile:

  • You have completed a training in administration (VFA-K or BL I) or have a degree as an office manager or a comparable professional qualification
  • You have comprehensive PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • You are open to digitalization and the use of software programs
  • You have a friendly
