The job:

1st Level Support/Helpdesk for central systems (procurement systems, accounting systems, workflow tools for invoice approval)
Analysis of error causes and, if necessary, resolution (e.g. for master data problems)
Processing of inquiries from suppliers and business partners regarding the status of invoice processing
