Description
The Parking and Mobility Coordinator is a crucial position within the Parking and Mobility department. This role is critical for handling and advancing all parking-related activities. We are seeking a self-motivated individual who can take detailed notes and contribute proactively to our team. The primary responsibilities include assisting in various initiatives and enhancing departmental efficiency through effective administrative practices.


What You Will Do:


  • Organize, manage, & maintain records and company documents including parking requests/lists for all events that fall under the Parking and Mobility Department.
  • Respond to internal and external partner requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Attend and distribute meeting notes at applicable meetings.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of various departmental policies and procedures.
  • Distribute policies and procedures as well as other general information with internal and external partners.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations.
  • Coordinate with third party providers on staffing deployments.
  • Manage the deployment, tracking, and maintenance of all applicable equipment (devices, uniforms etc).
  • Other duties as assigned by the Parking and Mobility Management Team.

Your Background, Skills and Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 3yrs experience in an administrative role
  • Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
  • Bachelor's degree or experience in relevant field
  • Must be able and willing to work nights, weekends, and potential holidays should there be an event.
  • Ability to learn, contribute and thrive in a fastgrowing, dynamic environment.
  • Effective interpersonal skills, both oral and written.
  • Able to read, write and take directions in English.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and postiviely interact in a diverse multicultural environment.

Special Requirements of the Job:


  • This position requires frequent bending, ability to move and lift up to 20 pounds, standing for long periods of time, exposure to multiple external elements, and extensive walking through the property.

Compensation:
