To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a:

Head of Embedded Software Development (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

  • Establishment and implementation of efficient software development processes and methods
  • Development of firmware and software for building automation and energy management devices
  • Technical and managerial responsibility for a team of up to four employees, including coordination of tasks within the software development team
  • Responsibility for innovation topics, evaluation of trends and technologies
  • Participation in cross-departmental and cross-functional projects with product management, sales, and internal working groups
  • Definition, design, and implementation of legal requirements for cyber security regulations
  • Development support for product management in the development of new, economically viable products
  • Sales support and consultation for customers on technical issues
