Responsibilities:

  • Verify and maintain accurate accounting records, allocate expenses to appropriate accounts and cost centers
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, follow up with customers and suppliers regarding payments
  • Prepare and approve payments
  • Maintain master data in accounting systems
  • Issue sales invoices and coordinate with logistics partners for customer orders
  • Ensure warranty costs are charged to logistics partners according to contractual obligations
  • Assist with monthend closing activities related to finance and accounting
  • Support budget process and prepare monthly and annual financial statements
  • Assist operations team with inventory counts and reconciliation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred
  • 5+ years of accounting experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English
  • Knowledge of German commercial and tax law is a plus
