Your Mission:
As a Program Management Office (PMO) Assistant, you will support the program management in managing the global transformation program _alloy_.
Your Role:
- Support in program planning, reporting, and communication
- Support in task, issue, and risk management, as well as team coordination
- Support in creating program management policies, guidelines, and templates
- Support in resource and budget planning and controlling
- Support in document and contract management, including procurement and approvals
- Planning and booking business trips, including expense reporting
- Meeting coordination, calendar management, and adhoc support
- Preparation, organization, and onsite support for internal and external meetings
- Support in daily administrative and organizational tasks
- Maintaining a clean and organized office environment
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and laws
- Maintaining inventory lists (keys, equipment, etc.)
- IT support / equipment management
Your Profile and Qualifications:
- Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent
- Several years of professional experience as a project assistant in a management environment
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), as well as Outlook and Teams
- Knowledge of Confluence & Jira and Coupa is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Fluent in English communication
