Your Responsibilities:
Consultation meetings with a commercial or technical background
Telephone consultation with existing customers
Changes to customer data
Order processing
Handling objections and complaints
Follow-up of calls and data entry and processing
Text editing using word processing programs
Your Profile:
No formal education required
Good German language skills, both written and spoken
Strong communication skills, structured and solution-oriented work approach
Basic computer skills
Strong focus on customer service and satisfaction
