What can you expect?

You will be responsible for creating valid production plans (sequence plans) while considering the stakeholders and restrictions involved (e.g. customers, suppliers, capacity limits, material availability)
You will be responsible for reporting and monitoring/enforcing production plan fulfillment, potential bottlenecks, and future production plan mixes on the shop floor, as well as management
You will identify capacity and material bottlenecks and necessary planning adjustments, as well as their impact
You will serve as a (communication) interface between the corporate customer and the factory
You will support the European logistics center in managing the transportation of empty and full goods

Requirements

What should you bring?

Successfully completed technical or business studies or completed training with further education
First professional experience in a manufacturing company is advantageous, ideally in the field of line production
Relevant work experience in working with ERP, planning systems, and MES, ideally SAP
Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a good understanding of process flows
Computer skills (Office), especially Excel
Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
Enjoyment of exchanging ideas with colleagues from other European Daikin locations and interest in occasional visits to sister plants
