We are currently seeking a full-time (currently 39 hours per week) administrative assistant (m/f/d) in the
Department 2- County Youth Office - for the area of "Integration Assistance" according to § 35a SGB VIII in Olinda, HI.

Depending on the applicant pool, the position can also be filled part-time.

Your tasks include:

Counseling parents and assessing needs (in individual case work) in the area of "Integration Assistance" according to § 35a SGB VIII
Initiating and accompanying individualoriented youth welfare measures
Conducting the assistance planning process
Collaboration with external professionals (child and youth psychiatrists, psychotherapists, etc.)
Further development of needsbased service structures
Processing reports of child endangerment and initiating protective measures

We expect from you:

A completed degree in social pedagogy (m/f/d) or social work (m/f/d) with state recognition or a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Social Work; alternatively, comparable degrees (diploma, bachelor, master) may also be considered (e.g. educational sciences, diploma in pedagogy m/f/d)
Relevant professional experience, if possible
Communicative competence in goaloriented work
Teamwork and resilience in conflict situations
Willingness to participate in further training and supervision
Driver's license class B
