My Responsibilities

  • Professional and disciplinary leadership of the German sales team of approximately 15 employees
  • Revenue and profit responsibility
  • Participation in and implementation of strategic company goals
  • Expansion of existing customer network and development of new markets
  • Direct reporting line to management
  • Strong operational focus in addition to important strategic decisions

My Qualifications

  • Experienced sales professional from the automotive industry, ideally in component sales
  • Completed technical or commercial training or university degree
  • Solid leadership experience
  • Leadership strength through persuasive power, motivational ability, and communication skills
  • Analytical thinking skills and strong understanding of business principles
  • Fluent in English
