Your tasks:


  • Management and leadership of the companywide risk management at BayernInvest, as well as responsibility for compliance with all requirements in the context of operational corporate risks
  • Professional and disciplinary management of the Risk Management department
  • Management and further development of procedures and methods for identifying, evaluating, controlling, and communicating operational risks (including risk inventory)
  • Responsibility for the BCM system, management of business impact analyses, and business continuity plans
  • Central point of contact (m|w|d) for crises and emergency planning
  • Management and leadership of the central outsourcing management
  • Responsibility for regular reporting to the management
  • Implementation of awareness measures and employee training
  • Central point of contact (m|w|d) for auditors in all mentioned topics

Your profile:


  • University degree in business administration, (financial) mathematics, or comparable qualification
  • Extensive experience in risk management (especially operational risks) for financial institutions
  • Relevant leadership experience is desirable
  • Good knowledge of handling legal guidelines and standards (e.g. KAGB, KAMaRisk)
  • Excellent analytical skills, structured working method, and high problemsolving competence
