Building maintenance
Conducting repairs
Troubleshooting and resolving malfunctions
Minor tasks as part of a team
Inspections

Your profile complements our team:

Successfully completed vocational training in a trade or equivalent
Relevant work experience desirable
Technical knowledge desirable
First experience in facility management desirable
High service orientation and flexibility
Good German language skills, both written and spoken
Effective communication and friendly demeanor
Class B driver's license advantageous
